Ryan Waldon
Software Engineer
My fascination with software began with The Craft of Computing, an elective I stumbled into while studying finance at ANU.
I later joined Slik, a creative agency where I worked alongside a talented team of designers, writing software for brands including Qantas, Fairfax Media, and UFC.
In 2020, I left the agency to explore my own ideas, starting with Bag, a shopping cart for online stores. Since then, I’ve spent my time designing, building, and learning through a range of independent projects.
Recently, I’ve been working on Cables, a workout tracker for friends.
Over the years, I’ve become especially interested in interface design and in how seemingly small decisions shape the way people understand and interact with software.
